Bolton’s only auction house, Miller Metcalfe, holds regular auctions throughout the year comprising Residential, Land and Commercial lots. As such, our auctions are always well-attended by investors as well as private individuals.
These properties are often only available solely through auction, which provides a different ‘shop window’ through which to buy or sell. All clients may be assured of receiving a comprehensive service, regardless of nature or value of lots involved.

Contracts occurs on the fall of the gavel. Completion is usually within 20 working days with no further negotiation required.
